Support Levels: Donor vs Sponsor
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the GLP-1 Collective must carefully distinguish between donations and sponsorships to remain compliant with federal tax law. We do not offer direct advertising or promotional endorsements in exchange for contributions. Sponsors may receive visibility as part of a general acknowledgment program, but all promotional activities are limited in scope and intent to ensure we maintain our charitable status.

Sponsors may be named as supporters, but we do not include calls-to-action, pricing, or promotional claims in any media content.
